What does Editor's choice mean?
We have decided to present our best-selling hotels in a new section called Editor's Choice. This section has been designed to to facilitate your search within towns that have a large number of hotels to choose from and display hotels that offer good availability, excellent rates, best value for money and that have been rated very high by other customers. Our Editor's Choice section is updated every week.

Where do the Guest Ratings come from?
All the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions. Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that bests suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings and reviews.

Quick-Hotels is a website that facilitates users in searching, finding, comparing, and booking hotels. We use several carefully selected accommodation partners that act as consolidators for hotels which supply services to their site. This means that the same hotels can be represented on our pages more than once with different rates, descriptions and sometimes slight variations in their names from one provider to another. When this is the case, we encourage you to compare the availability and the price of your chosen hotel between the various providers as well their terms & conditions.
This is a price indicator provided to Quick-hotels for every establishment by our accommodation partners. It usually reflects the lowest room rate you can find at the hotel in most cases, this is the price for a single room mid-week - and is subject to availability. You may therefore find inconsistencies between our "Rooms From" price and the rate that you are asked to pay when making your reservation online. In all cases, do not take our "Rooms From" figure for granted as it is there for the sole purpose of giving you an idea of the value of the hotel against others.

Yes. Once you have made your reservation, a confirmation message will appear instantly on your screen. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to your e-mail address with all your reservation details.

When do I pay for my reservation?
This depends on which accommodation partner you reserve your hotel with. Some providers require that you pay part or all of your reservation when making your reservation on our website; others take your credit card details only to guarantee you reservation, and require that you pay for your stay directly at the hotel. Refer to specific information about partner's payment policies when visiting a hotel homepage.

Other providers operate a "reserve now, pay at the hotel" policy and need your credit/debit card details in order to secure your reservation. When this is the case, your card will only be charged if you fail to comply with the hotel's terms and conditions for instance if you do not show up, leave without paying or if you cancel outside the hotel's cancellation policy.

Where is my hotel located?
Both the on-screen and e-mail confirmation contain the address of and/or directions to your accommodation. The hotel telephone number and e-mail address are also included in the case you need to speak directly to the hotel staff for better directions.

We are currently unable to do individual searches or make recommendations or bookings for clients due to the high volume of reservations and large number of hotels available. Our site is designed specifically to allow Internet users to browse hotel pages, check availability and prices and make bookings themselves. As we are not a travel agency, we cannot provide information for specific requests.
