The Hotel is in a XVIth century elegant villa, surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees, just on Chiani River and Carcaione Torrent confluence. The Villa, designed according to a rectangular plan, was realised in such a way that a deviation of the Carcaione torrent would get under one of the three arches that were sustaining it.
