It is a small hotel with 42 rooms, and the hotel has existed since 1891. It has an intimate atmosphere and a restaurant well known for meals of a high standard. Around the hotel there is breathtaking nature, suitable for activities both in summer and winter.
Freshly caught organic trout from Lake Gålå, seasonal game, fresh berries and herbs are served in Mor Aases Kjøkken restaurant. The restaurant sources and prepares all of its food based on local produce and traditions, but gathers inspiration from the cuisine and ingredients of other countries.
