By Car:
- IJsselstein is situated south-west of Utrecht, along the A2 motorway between Amsterdam and ‘s Hertogenbosch, nearly 5 km south of the Oudenrijn motorway point.
- From exit number 9 (Nieuwegein - IJsselstein - Schoonhoven), coming from Amsterdam / Utrecht, go straight ahead at the first, 2nd, 3rd and 4th traffic lights.
- Turn left at the 5th traffic lights.
- At the next traffic lights, turn left again.
- Turn left at the crossroad.
- Park your car in one of the parking spaces along the canal on your left-hand side (address: Kronenburgplantsoen, IJsselstein).
- Enter the 2nd street on your right by foot, where you will find the hotel after 40 metres.
- The reception is across the street from the hotel entrance at the house at number 4 (address: Kapellestraat 4, IJsselstein).
- Coming from ‘s Hertogenbosch / Nieuwegein, turn left towards IJsselstein / Schoonhoven at the first traffic lights.
- At the 2nd traffic lights, turn right.
- Go straight ahead at the next 3 traffic lights.
- At the 4th, you turn left.
- Turn left again at the next traffic lights.
- Then turn left at the crossroad.
- Enter the 2nd street on your right by foot, where you will find the hotel after 40 metres.
- The reception is across the street from the hotel entrance at the house at number 4.
- In IJsselstein, there are signs on the side of the road to help you find your way to the hotel. The signs show a bed and under this bed it reads "EPPING".
By Public Transport:
From Utrecht Central Station, the hotel can be reached by bus or tram.
If travelling by bus, take bus number 195 to Metro Capelse Brug. This bus leaves from Utrecht Central Bus Station every half an hour, during weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, it leaves every hour. The journey time by bus is approximately 20 minutes. You get off the bus at a stop called Binnenstad. Leave the bus stop, cross the rail and walk past the supermarket. You then cross the square and enter the old city centre before walking straight down the shopping street. After 200 metres, you will pass the old Town Hall on a little square on your right. Having passed this, you take the 2nd street on your left-hand side, where you will find the hotel on your left-hand side, after approximately 20 metres. The reception is across the street from the hotel entrance at the house at number 4. The journey time by foot is approximately 7 minutes.
If travelling by tram, take tram number 61 to IJsselstein. This high-speed tram leaves Utrecht Central Bus Station every 20 minutes on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, it leaves every half an hour. The journey time by tram is approximately 30 minutes. You disembark the tram at the Binnenstad stop. Leave the stop, cross the rail and walk past the supermarket. You then cross the square and enter the old city centre. You walk straight down the shopping street. After 200 metres, you will pass the old Town Hall on a little square on your right. Having passed this, you take the 2nd street on your left-hand side, where you will find the hotel on your left-hand side, after approximately 20 metres. The reception is across the street from the hotel entrance at the house at number 4. The journey time by foot is approximately 7 minutes.
