Tulip Inn Amersfoort is located near the A-28 and A-1 highways and is surrounded by forested area. From here, Amsterdam-Centrum and Schiphol are only a 40 minutes-drive away and Utrecht is 20 minutes away. The Amersfoort train station is only 5 minuten away. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport or by economical taxi-shuttle.

From Soesterberg:
Just before the 'Stichtse Rotonde' (roundabout), right after passing the bus stop, you take the right hand turnoff, approximately 250 meters up the hill you will find our hotel situated on the right hand side of the road.
From Utrecht (A28):
You take the turnoff marked 'Amersfoort-Zuid' (exit 5). At the first traffic lights, you turn to the left. Then by the next traffic lights again take the left-hand turn, you are now on the 'Laan 1914' which you follow to the top of the hill, where you come to a crossing. From here you turn left and the hotel is situated approximately 50 meters on the left-hand side of the road.
From Amsterdam, Apeldoorn (A1) or Zwolle:
By the junction 'Hoevelaken' follow the direction A28 towards 'Utrecht'. You leave the A28 at the turnoff for 'Amersfoort-Zuid /Maarn' (exit 5). At the first traffic lights go to the left, under the viaduct. At the next traffic lights you turn right, you are now on the 'Laan 1914' which you follow to the top of the hill, where you come to a crossing, from here you turn left and the hotel is situated approximately 50 meters on the left hand side of the road.
From Arnhem (A12):
You take the exit: Maarsbergen, Leersum, Woudenberg, Maarn, N226
At the end of the exit lane, at the traffic lights go to the in the left in the direction of Woudenberg (N226). Follow this road till the the roundabout. Here you go to the lift, direction Amersfoort-Zeist (N224). After 4 kilometers at the traffic lights go the right, direction Amersfoort (N227). At the fourth traffic lights, before the viaduct, go to the left. You are now on the 'Laan 1914' which you follow to the top of the hill, where you come to a crossing. From here you turn left and the hotel is situated approximately 50 meters on the left-hand side of the road.
By public transport:
From the NS station in Amersfoort, you can travel by bus or taxi to the Tulip Inn Amersfoort.
The bus times and lines are as follows (during weekdays, from 07.00 - 18.00 hour): Bus 52 - 12 minutes past the hour and 18 minutes before the hour.
Bus 56 - 1 minute past the hour and 29 minutes before the hour.
You alight from the bus at the 'Zorgcentrum de Lichtenberg' bus-stop, the approximate walking time from this bus-stop is about 10 minutes. You cross over the road (using the pedestrian crossing) take a left turn onto the footpath - be careful and watch out for cyclists - walk up the hill (about 250 meters) you will see our hotel on the right hand side of the road at the top of the hill.
Taxi-shuttle:
It is possible to use our taxi-shuttle service from the NS station. Please call us two days in advance of your arrival date and give us your time of arrival at the NS station. We will then make sure a taxi or a mini- bus is waiting to convey you to our hotel.
The shuttle service is also available for your departure, it returns to the NS station, please inform the receptionist a minimum of 1 hour before required time. The cost of this service is Euro 3,60 per journey per person.
